Our Antenatal Home Visits Include:
- Blood pressure, weight, and vital signs monitoring
- Fetal heartbeat checksusing Doppler
- Nutritional counselingto support healthy pregnancy weight gain
- Educationon warning signs, safe physical activity, birth preparedness, and newborn care
- Guidance on supplements and minor discomforts(e.g., heartburn, fatigue, sleep issues)
- Referral to OB/GYNs or maternity hospitalsfor labs, scans, or medical follow-up when needed
Recommended For:
- Experienced motherswith previous normal deliveries
- Women with low-risk singleton pregnancies
- Women in their second or third trimesterwith no complications
- Pregnant women on bed restneeding basic home checks
- Women managing mild symptomswith stable vitals (e.g., morning sickness, fatigue)
Not Recommended For:

For safety, we do not provide home-based antenatal care for:
- First-time pregnancies(primigravida)
- High-risk pregnancies, including:
- Multiple gestation (twins, triplets)
- History of miscarriage or stillbirth
- Placenta previa or placental abruption
- Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (e.g., preeclampsia)
- Gestational diabetes
- Vaginal bleeding
- Reduced fetal movement
- Preterm labor or premature rupture of membranes (PROM)
Any mother with a history of:
- Cesarean section with complications
- Cervical incompetence
- Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR)
- Medical conditions requiring close obstetric supervision (e.g., epilepsy, heart disease, autoimmune disorders)
These pregnancies require in-person hospital-based follow-up under the supervision of an obstetrician or maternity care team.
